At Oreesha, we ship our fragrances nationwide across Pakistan. To ensure fast delivery and maintain the quality of our service, please read our shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) rules below.

1. The COD Advance Delivery Fee Rule

To protect our business from fake orders and parcel refusals at the doorstep, we require the delivery charges to be paid in advance for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

The process works like this:

  1. Place Your Order: You select COD at checkout and place your order.
  2. Provide a Real Phone Number: You must provide a valid, active phone number (preferably with WhatsApp active).
  3. Verification Call: Our team will call or message you on the provided number to confirm your order.
  4. Advance Payment: During this call, we will ask you to transfer the delivery charges (via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer).
  5. Dispatch: As soon as the delivery fee is received, we will dispatch your fragrance. You will only pay the actual price of the perfume to the courier when it arrives.

2. Invalid or Unreachable Phone Numbers

Your phone number is our only way to coordinate your delivery.

  • If you provide a fake, incorrect, or switched-off phone number, we cannot process your order.
  • If our verification team cannot reach you after two attempts, your order will be automatically canceled.

3. Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing: Once your advance delivery payment is confirmed, we pack and hand over your order to the courier within 24 hours.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across major cities in Pakistan takes 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
  • Delays: While we try our best to get your fragrance to you quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, extreme weather, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your courier tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel’s exact location.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available at your provided address to receive the package and pay the remaining COD amount.
  • Do not open the parcel before handing the cash to the courier. Courier rules in Pakistan do not allow customers to open sealed packages before payment is complete.
