At Oreesha, we want you to have a great experience with our fragrances. However, because perfumes are personal care products, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure hygiene and quality control for all our customers.

Please read the rules below carefully before placing an order.

1. What is Eligible for a Return or Exchange?

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following specific conditions:

  • The Wrong Item: You received a fragrance different from what is listed on your order confirmation.
  • Transit Damage: The bottle arrived broken, leaking, or physically damaged.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The spray nozzle is completely non-functional.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for “Change of Mind.” Once a perfume box is unsealed, the plastic wrapping is removed, or the bottle is sprayed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Fragrance preference is highly subjective, and we cannot take back an opened product because you do not prefer the scent.

2. The 24-Hour Claim Window

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained, as our courier partners do not accept transit damage claims beyond this window.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Do not hand the package back to the courier at your doorstep. Follow this exact process:

  1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos or a short video showing the damaged bottle, the faulty nozzle, or the wrong item. Tip: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package.
  2. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours. Include your Order Number in the subject line and attach the photos/videos.
  3. Review: Our team will review your claim within 1 to 2 business days.
  4. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide you with the address to ship the item back to us. The item must be returned in its original Oreesha packaging.

Note: If the error was ours (wrong or damaged item), we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

4. How Refunds Work

Because our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), our refund process works as follows:

  • We do not process cash refunds via courier.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your Pakistani Bank Account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa account within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Simply email [email protected] with your order number.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refusing COD Orders: If you frequently refuse Cash on Delivery orders at your doorstep without a valid reason, our system will automatically restrict your account from placing future COD orders.
